He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary. His research interests are in Information Theory in general and in particular he is interested in Information Theoretic Security, Source Coding, Quantum-safe Cryptography, Error Correction, Quantum Computation, and Quantum Information Theory.
